关于因勒索软件感染导致系统故障的通知
本公司特此通知：总部服务器遭受勒索软件感染，已引发系统故障。鉴于集团各公司亦使用总部服务器，本集团的业务因此受到影响。
目前，我们已开始与警方等相关主管机关进行联系与咨询，并在外部专家的支持下，就影响范围开展调查（包括是否发生个人信息与客户数据外泄），同时推进系统恢复工作。
此次事件给各位客户及合作伙伴等相关各方造成的担忧与不便，我们深表歉意。
Notice of System Disruption due to Ransomware Attack

We are currently experiencing system disruption due to ransomware attack on the company's main server.
Since all group companies rely on the same system, this disruption is seriously affecting the daily business operations group wide.
We are closely working with law enforcement and relevant authorities, with support from outside experts, to investigate the extent of the impact, including the possibility of leakage of personal and customer data, and to restore the system.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and difficulties this attack may cause to our customers and partners.
